Joyce Weinsheimer is director of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). With more than 30 years of experience in higher education, she has held multiple campus roles (tenured faculty, department chair, learning center administrator, teaching and learning center co-founder and director, and international teaching and learning consultant). Joyce earned her Ed.D in higher education with a second field in educational psychology at Texas Tech University. She specializes in working with administrators, instructional staff, and support units to maximize student learning. In her current role, Joyce provides leadership to the campus community on teaching and learning issues. Her vision for CTL is to partner with campus units to provide and support initiatives that help have a positive impact on student learning.
