Join us for the 2024 Faculty Teaching & Learning Forum: Embracing CIOS Scores!

This year's forum will focus on processing and reflecting on your student feedback from CIOS. We will consider how to analyze, reflect on, and incorporate student feedback productively. The forum will be held in two parts.

Part 1 will be held on Friday, May 10. In Part 1, we'll talk about how to analyze and interpret student feedback on teaching.  What does the feedback mean?  What do we know about our students that can help us to understand their feedback?  How can we take the positive and constructive feedback and use it to inform future iterations of the course?

Part 2 will be held on Thursday, May 16. In Part 2, we'll talk about how we can incorporate the feedback into future courses.  What are tangible ways that student voices and feedback can influence course design?  What strategies can strengthen what is working well and improve what might not have worked well?

The forum will be in Price Gilbert Library, Room 1280 from 10am-12pm.
