GTREET: Georgia Tech Retreat Exploring Effective Teaching
The Georgia Tech Retreat Exploring Effective Teaching is an opportunity for faculty across the Institute to gather and actively explore innovative ways to improve learning for Georgia Tech students.

At GTREET 2026, faculty will explore transformative teaching and learning through a variety of interactive sessions. The day kicks off with a poster exhibition featuring courses that implement community-based learning and UN Sustainable Development goals.
The 2026 Transformative Teaching and Learning theme will be teaching with collaborative assignments and projects. GTREET participants will hear about group projects from the student perspective and then engage with colleagues around best practices in creating group assignments.
Join us at GTREET to hear from your colleagues using high-impact teaching practices and develop your own plans for bringing experiential learning into your classroom
